Recently, 2 families with yersiniosis presenting diverse manifestations of clinical symptoms have been experienced. Patients were composed of 5 persons in two families. Four isolates showing one serogroup 5 and three serogroup 4 were isolated
from
stools of four children. One adult was diagnosed by serologic method of Y. pseudotuberculosis in her serum. A child had acute renal failure with blood urea nitrogen 42 mg/dL and creatinine 2.2 mg/dL. One family had a history of drinking spring
water
